After purchasing, how long will it be before I can access the course?
That depends! See below.
- If you purchased via the DCRC Online Store, please allow 2-3 business days before hearing from us. Note that we operate during usual business hours (Eastern Time).
- If you purchased via Kaplan Early Learning Company, please allow a maximum of one week before hearing from us. Note that we operate during usual business hours (Eastern Time).

How do I access the course?

How can I change the name on my certificate?
When you are logged into the system, click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Click on the “Edit Profile” button and make any changes needed. You will then need to reload and print your certificate.
