If you are making a purchase of digital products, such as PDFs or video clips, you are agreeing to Devereux Center for Resilient Children’s terms of use for licensed digital products which can be found here: End User License Agreement.
Shipping and Delivery
We make every effort to process orders within one to two business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends. We use FedEx Ground or the United States Postal Service. Delivery times vary from three to five business days.
Returns or Replacements
If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. You can return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Viewing Orders
You can log into your DCRC Shop account to view your order. Devereux will also send you emails letting you know that your order was received, and that it has shipped.

You can manage your personal information, including your email address, password, billing information or email preferences at any time.
